High Bridge Background

High Bridge Associates, Inc. (High Bridge) was formed in 2003 as a Women-Owned Small Business with the goal of establishing a unique and focused service line to aid Owners in the management and control of medium to large projects. High Bridge established a growth strategy that emphasized attracting and retaining highly talented project management professionals and developing best-in-class project management processes.

High Bridge continues to provide a unique breadth of services tailored to our clients’ needs with focus now on our Q cleared Senior Consulting Practice providing high level project analysis, assessments, and process improvement guidance.

Today High Bridge’s team of Q cleared consultants provide project management and engineering support on nuclear weapons projects around the country.

High Bridge was instrumental in developing and implementing the project management infrastructure required to meet rigorous standards established in 2013 by the NNSA for nuclear weapons life extension programs. High Bridge employees developed and implemented the first EIA-748 compliant Earned Value Management System on the B61-12 nuclear bomb upgrade program. Thus, paving the way for future programs to employ rigorous project management and controls techniques and tools on these multi-billion-dollar, long term programs. That infrastructure has evolved and been adopted throughout the nuclear weapons complex, helping to achieve significant performance increases in scope, schedule, and budget control on large and complex weapons programs.

High Bridge also provides senior engineers with nuclear weapons design and manufacturing expertise to assist Federal Program Managers with design and production reviews, risk management, and issue resolution.

High Bridge project managers and project controls engineers support the NNSA weapons programs directly in Albuquerque and Washington DC, at the National Laboratories, and at the Production Agencies manufacturing nuclear weapon components.
